What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or tapping, is an evidence-based approach that combines elements of cognitive therapy with gentle stimulation of acupressure points. Research shows that EFT can significantly reduce stress hormones, anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms while improving emotional regulation and resilience.
By calming the amygdala — the brain’s stress center — EFT helps shift the nervous system out of fight-or-flight into a state of safety. This allows emotions to be processed without overwhelm, which is especially important during periods of change.
EFT is supported by over 100 clinical studies, recognized in APA-reviewed research, and included in U.S. Veterans Administration treatment protocols.
Because it works with both the mind and body, EFT is particularly effective during life transitions such as relocation, career or identity changes, grief, and role shifts — offering grounding, clarity, and lasting emotional resilience.

My approach
My work is rooted in care, presence, and meaningful connection. I began my professional life in healthcare, where I learned how to truly listen, hold space, and support others through vulnerable moments.
Following my spouse internationally brought profound change. While deeply enriching, it also came with loss—of identity, purpose, and emotionally fulfilling work. That transition led me to search for something more aligned and meaningful.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) became both my personal turning point and my professional path. Through EFT, I was able to gently clear emotional blocks and reconnect with clarity, calm, and self-trust.
Today, as a certified EFT practitioner, I offer authentic and compassionate support to individuals navigating life transitions—meeting them where they are and helping them move forward with greater emotional ease and confidence.
This work is not about fixing people.
It is about supporting transformation—gently, respectfully, and with care.
